The penultimate chapter of this 2006 Marvel limited series puts Colleen Wing and Misty Knight front and center, standing back-to-back with cool confidence — Colleen gripping her weapon while Misty raises her gun, both radiating the no-nonsense energy that defines this duo. Looming large behind them is a brooding, masked figure whose shadowed dragon emblem makes clear the stakes are anything but small. Cover art by Khari Evans and Jimmy Palmiotti gives the whole scene a sharp, street-level tension that makes issue five a satisfying setup for the finale.
