Dark Tower: The Gunslinger Born #3
Stephen King's beloved Dark Tower saga continues in this third chapter of Marvel's seven-part limited series, written by Peter David and Robin Furth. Jae Lee's cover art presents a young Roland Deschain front and center — intense and unsmiling, both revolvers raised high in gloved hands, dressed simply in a loose white shirt and gun belt — a portrait of steely resolve that captures the gunslinger's grim determination perfectly. It's a striking, atmosphere-rich image that makes a strong case for why this 2007 adaptation earned so much attention from fans of the source material.
