Norman calls a meeting of the Cabal but, when he can't get Namor to do anything about the recent Atlantean invasion of Los Angeles, he sends Sentry beneath the waves to find them and kill them. Norman discovers that Noh-Varr has disappeared after being told by Ms. Marvel that the Avengers are really made up of bad guys. Norman begins hearing a very familiar inner voice.
