Daredevil #295
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeTwo of Marvel's most street-level heroes share the same dangerous stretch of pavement in this 1991 team-up, as the cover by Lee Weeks puts Daredevil — billy club in hand — riding side-by-side with a flame-wreathed Ghost Rider on his hellfire-licked motorcycle, both barreling straight toward the reader with shuriken-like projectiles scattering around them. The energy leaping off that cover — the skull face blazing against yellow fire, DD's red suit striking against the blue of the bike — makes this crossover feel genuinely urgent. Writer D. G. Chichester and artist Lee Weeks were clearly having a great time pairing the Man Without Fear with the Spirit of Vengeance.
