Cover by Gene Colan and Joe Rubinstein puts the headline conflict front and center: the red-suited Daredevil trading blows inside a boxing ring with the original Daredevil — a broad-shouldered figure in a vivid red-and-yellow costume — while a crowd of onlookers, including a conspicuous Captain America, watches from ringside. The cover copy bills it as "The Wildest Saga of the Year," and with two Daredevils throwing punches under the story title "Ring of Death!," it's hard to argue otherwise.
