Daredevil #14

Paolo Rivera's cover for this 2012 issue is a genuinely unsettling composition — Daredevil stands alert against a riveted metal wall, billy club in hand, while an enormous, shadowy eye looms in the darkness behind him, watching. The contrast between Matt Murdock's confident posture and that ominous, hidden presence creates real tension before you've even opened a page. Mark Waid, Chris Samnee, and Javier Rodríguez bring their talents to the interior, making this a strong chapter in one of Marvel's most well-regarded runs of the era.
