A fresh start for the Man Without Fear, and the cover by Chris Samnee says it all — Daredevil swings through a swirling, hypnotic vortex of concentric rings, his red-and-black costume cutting a sharp silhouette against a sky alive with bold sound effects and bursts of pink smoke. The kinetic energy here is infectious, with "FWOOSHH" practically leaping off the page alongside a cityscape rendered in Samnee's wonderfully expressive lines. Mark Waid and Samnee's 2014 relaunch, with Javier Rodríguez's vibrant colors tying it all together, arrives in confident, stylish form.
