Daffy’s good fairy magically fixes things so that Daffy is the homeowner with the stocked refrigerator, and Elmer is the starving, homeless moocher. However, it is soon revealed that “Daffy’s good fairy” is, in actuality, Elmer’s good fairy – who encourages Elmer to do his tricky and annoying worst to continually harass Daffy, and give the duck a taste of his own mooching medicine.
