In "The Charming Chump," Daffy Duck, still smitten with Debbie Duck, tries a new approach after she gently turns him down—only to realize his heart (and stomach) are set on her father’s grocery store. Undeterred, he enlists Pepé Le Pew, the self-proclaimed Champion of Charm, to help him win her affection—on the condition that Pepé gets unlimited access to the store’s wares.

In "Foes in Fairyland," Daffy Duck finds himself the lucky owner of a fully stocked fridge and a cozy home—thanks to a mysterious good fairy. But when Elmer Fudd shows up, shivering and starving, Daffy’s newfound comfort is quickly turned upside down, revealing the fairy’s true allegiance: she’s Elmer’s, and she’s set on teaching Daffy a lesson in what it’s like to be on the receiving end of endless mooching.
