Victor takes some time with Blue to get to know the neighborhood and befriends a group of disabled veterans who consider Cyborg to be a role model. The CIA asks Dr. Stone and his team to save the life of a female CIA Agent who was severely injured in a bombing by turning her into a female cyborg. Unknown to all, Dr. Stone has been replaced by his doppelganger who has his own motivations for going through with the procedure, while the real Dr. Stone is held captive by a man/machine hybrid.
