Cyborg stops an armored car robbery, but worries that he is not human after hearing his father's secret recorded concerns about whether Victor is man or machine. Sarah takes Victor out to experience his human side, and they meet up with some young fans and a jazz musician who bring out emotions in Victor. Meanwhile, a mysterious adversary (who is a Dr. Silas Stone doppelganger) unleashes a new technological villain against Victor.
