An anthology issue containing three crime stories. The lead story, "Brodie Gang Captured," describes how criminals who profited from prohibition rackets turned to other illegal activities and attempted to take over city government, but were ultimately defeated by law enforcement. Another story follows a gambler named Dale Jon-Jon who cheats at cards, gets caught, and is forced to flee to West Virginia, where he eventually meets a tragic end on the gallows. A humorous backup feature depicts children playing with bubble gum, learning about different bubble-blowing techniques and bubble sizes.
