Creepy #9
In "Upon Reflection," H. P. Lovecraft breaks free from his asylum and makes his way to Miskatonic University’s observatory, drawn by a mysterious, glowing floor tile marked "the Lovecraft Circle." As he approaches it, the tile reveals a chilling truth—his friends’ stories may not be creations of the mind, but rituals of a far older, darker design. Written by Doug Moench and illustrated with haunting precision by Kelley Jones, this issue blends psychological dread with cosmic horror, while David Palumbo’s cover captures the eerie stillness before the inevitable.

Escaping his asylum cell, H. P. Lovecraft journeys to Miskatonic University's observatory where he finds a lighted floor tile titled "the Lovecraft Circle," suggesting his friends who have been writing similar stories are pawns of the Elder Gods.
