Prince Ahmed has a magic diamond that can be used to hypnotize people to obey the owner committing crimes. He doesn't use it, but Ben Ali murders him for the diamond. He uses the jewel to create a gang of robbers. When Cosmo Cat shows up, even he is paralyzed by the jewel's power. When it wears off, and Cosmo Cat catches up to him, Ben Ali can't find the diamond. He steals Cosmo's rocket and flees into space. Eventually he crashes the rocket on another planet. Cosmo leaves him there. Ben Ali finds he still has the diamond, and swears to have a return bout with Cosmo Cat someday.
