A secretary named Miss Monroe becomes infatuated with her boss, Mr. Locke, and makes his life difficult with her romantic advances and jealousy over his attention to other women. When Mr. Locke is reassigned overseas, Miss Monroe's coworkers help her realize her mistake by pointing out how she's mistreated him, leading her to finally understand the error of her ways and seek his forgiveness before he departs. Mr. Locke ultimately forgives her, telling her not to worry and that he will do what he can to help her keep her job.
