Atop a moonlit tower, Conan crouches sword-in-hand as a crowned, caped sorceress-queen floats before him and a winged, bat-like demon swoops down from above — John Buscema's cover pencils and inks delivering a tense, atmospheric standoff full of supernatural menace.
