Conan Le Barbare #35
Conan the Barbarian #35, a 1993 Semic S.A. release, finds Conan and Fafnir aboard a Turanese ship near Makkalet, caught in a deadly web of betrayal and desperation. When Conan attempts to steal the living god Tarim from his temple, he's thwarted, forced to flee after killing a black hound and leaving Fafnir behind—his friend grievously wounded and cast overboard. Roy Thomas and Barry Windsor-Smith deliver a tense, visceral tale of survival, with Dan Adkins’ inks and Windsor-Smith’s bold colors heightening the drama, while Joe Jusko’s striking cover captures the moment’s raw intensity.
