In "Demony szczytu!", Conan and his companion Jamal track a mysterious girl named Shanya through treacherous mountain passes—only to be ambushed by unseen foes. After Jamal falls, Shanya is taken, leaving Conan to pursue her through ancient ruins where he confronts a long-forgotten race of demons.

In "Królowa i korsarze!", Conan, Zula, and Belit infiltrate the city of Luxor on a desperate mission to rescue Neftha. As they restore her to her throne, the fragile alliance quickly unravels when Neftha turns on them, forcing the trio to flee for their lives.
