Conan #5/2003

In the heat of battle, Zenobia rallies the Aquilonian forces to defend Tarantia as foreign armies close in. Conn, caught in a web of betrayal, uncovers Black Crassus’s alliance with the enemy, leading to a tragic loss when Dexitheus falls trying to protect Radegund. With the tide turning, Gaius Flavius intervenes to save Conn, who then warns Rufio and Conan of the combined threat from the Nemedians, Argosseans, and Ophirians.
