Conan #12/2002
In "Dolker," King Conan escorts Radegund to Baron Maloric’s estate to meet her betrothed, Pepin, but the young woman’s heart belongs to Leonidas, a Black Dragon legionnaire. As tensions rise and Maloric’s hired assassins strike, Conan and the legionnaires must stand together against the threat—forcing Leonidas to confront his loyalty when he can no longer protect the one he loves.
In "null," Conan is magically transported to Khitai, where he encounters a young Khitai man and a beautiful maiden caught in a forbidden bond between rival clans. When violence erupts, Conan intervenes to protect them, only to see the young man captured and later driven to suicide after failing to uphold his honor. With the maiden, he journeys to Paikang, seeking the wisdom of Kang Lou-Dze—only to confront a shocking truth: the woman he seeks is not who he expected, and the past he thought buried has returned in the form of his own twin.
