This is an anthology issue featuring multiple comic strips. "Coo-Coo Clown" by Jimmy Talcott follows the antics of Fooie, Gooie, and Looie as they go on a country ride and fishing trip. Another story involves soldiers discovering a dead rabbit and suspecting sabotage, only to learn it was shot by a captain; they then plan to set a trap with the rabbit as bait to catch enemy agents. A third story features a female goat character smuggling phonograph records into Germany, planning to sell them to Hitler, but is intercepted by agents working for the government.
