Written by Robert Rodi and illustrated by Louis Small Jr., with inks by Mark Farmer, colors by Moose Baumann, and letters by Jack Morelli, the story unfolds as Celeste, head of G.O.O.D., dispatches her right-hand man Wilbur Force to investigate Angela’s sudden call. Cover by Joe Chiodo, the issue sets up a personal mystery when Angela discovers that Damon Devlin, leader of E.V.I.L., is her long-lost father—a revelation her mother has hidden for years.
