From writer Joshua Williamson and artist Andrea Milana, this fifth issue of Image's 2024 series delivers a cover that radiates cold authority: Cobra Commander stands with his back to us, cloaked in dark blue, gripping a ceremonial staff as an enormous army of uniformed soldiers stretches to the horizon on either side of a blood-red carpet.
