Clive Barker's Night Breed #25
In the second chapter of "A New Midian," the Night Breed find refuge beneath New York’s streets, but their new sanctuary is soon threatened by the return of the deadly Ishmael. As secrets from the past surface—Shuna Sassi recounts her grief over her lost daughter, and Kinski reveals a betrayal that still burns—Cabal leads the group into a perilous new chapter. When Ishmael strikes, killing Cabal in a brutal attack, Shuna Sassi’s deadly quills bring swift retribution, only for Baphomet to intervene and restore Cabal to life. Meanwhile, a chilling encounter with reporter Steve Marvant ends in violence. Written by Nicholas Vince and illustrated by Phil Hester, with inks by Ande Parks and colors by Kevin Tinsley, this issue’s cover by Ted McKeever captures the dark, visceral tone of a story where monsters and memories collide.
