A former CIA employee gets PTSD after his wife was killed by a dolphin he rigged with an explosive strap. This causes him to start killing every dolphin he sees as a vendetta. Johnny is visting the area and as the Ghost Rider stops him. The dolphins then save Ghost Rider from a 20 foot Great white shark.
