Cheyenne Kid #31

This is an anthology issue containing four western stories. "Trapped" features Major Benner Borlund, a U.S. Army regular sent to scout Sioux territory, who is ambushed and captured by a Sioux warrior; Borlund is rescued by the Cheyenne Kid and brought to a frontier fort, where he learns that White Hawk, a Kiowa war chief, is preparing for war, and a peace accord is negotiated with the Cheyenne Kid honored by all sides. The other three advertised stories are "The Thief," "White Warrior," and "The War Messenger," though only portions of these appear in the visible pages.
