This October 1959 Charlton western puts the Cheyenne Kid front and center in a tense, action-packed cover by Dick Giordano — the young gunfighter in his distinctive blue boots and pink scarf lunges forward alongside a bearded companion while rifles blaze and warriors close in around them. The cover copy sets the stakes plainly: the Kid and three tenderfoot surveyors making a desperate stand against a Sioux war party. Inside, Joe Gill's script and John Severin's gritty artwork bring that showdown to life in the story aptly titled "Their Last Battle.
