This anthology issue contains multiple stories, including "Neptina, Queen of the Deep," in which Naval Lieutenant Brad Fletchery and scientist Milo Mason travel in an ultra-equipped submarine to the undersea realm of Amloza, ruled by Queen Neptina, where they encounter giant electric eels and other dangers. Another story features Dr. Miracle confronting the evil Semmurabi in a fiery confrontation that leaves only ashes, after which Dr. Miracle is reunited with his allies Jack and Betty, with Dr. Miracle vowing to continue his mission against crime and evil.
