With a time capsule unleashing a monstrous phantom and chaos spreading across the fairgrounds, the Challenger Kids take to the skies in their helicopter, battling the spectral threat while their fathers race to save the day.

In "Rocky, the Genius Challenger," the Challengers face off against the eccentric "Wizard" Welles, whose electronic brain threatens the city with red snow and stolen chemicals. When Rocky is accidentally zapped into a giant-sized genius, he must use his newfound intellect to outsmart the machine—before it overwhelms them all.
