The Challengers again try to take a peek at their possible future children. They see instead Skokie Johnson, a crook they just arrested, 25 years in the future. Skokie learned a "fountain of youth" formula and, still young, vows to take his revenge on the Challengers' kids, sending them a booby-trapped package. Skokie digs up a time capsule and releases a huge "phantom" that wreaks havoc. The Challenger Kids helicopter to battle the Phantom and try to disperse it with a wind tunnel fan. Their dads arrive just in time to blow the Phantom to shreds and Skokie reverts to old age and is arrested.
