Cerebus has just solved his money problem when the Moon Roach queers the whole deal. So Cerebus pursues Moon Roach to his keeper, the woman Astoria, and learns his awesome origin. He's a psycho. That's about it. But, he's a dangerous psycho who complicates Cerebus' life when he kills two Inquisitors and makes clear that Cerebus will be his next target.
