Selina Kyle is at the center of a chaotic brawl on Jim Balent's kinetic cover, her claws out and teeth bared as she tears through a crowd of armed opponents — a knife-wielding man at her back, a woman losing a gun to her right, and scattered currency littering the floor beneath the mayhem. The title "Vengeance and Vindication" promises this third chapter of the "Family Ties" arc is anything but a quiet affair. Pomerantz, Balent, and Smith deliver a mid-'90s Catwoman that clearly isn't pulling any punches.
