Casper the Friendly Ghost #18
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeHarvey Classics brings Casper the Friendly Ghost back for issue #18, and the cover sets up a charmingly mischievous scenario: a rotund little man in a bowler hat, earmuffs, and a winter coat is pointing his finger and instructing Casper to "stand on your head, tickle your toes and wiggle your finger!" — and sure enough, a helpless Casper is shown doing exactly that, flipped completely upside down with a bewildered expression. A corner caption cheekily declares "Sezme! He can make Casper do anything!", teasing the strange force that the cover headline warns has taken over the Enchanted Forest. It's a warm, funny snapshot of the kind of lighthearted mischief that made Harvey Comics a staple of 1994 kids' reading.
