Scott Morse's moody, painterly cover for this fifth chapter of "Have You Seen Me?" says everything about the series' hard-edged crime sensibility — a solitary figure in a trench coat, gun in hand, rendered in sepia-washed strokes that feel more like noir watercolor than traditional comics art. The lone detective's hunched posture and downcast expression radiate the weary tension that defines the best crime fiction. Marc Andreyko and Morse make a compelling team, and this Image series continues to deliver a gritty, street-level mood that sets it apart from superhero fare.
