After four deaths at a sanitarium which leave no signs of foul play, Cap and Bucky discover a cross-dressing silent killer who uses a tank of compressed oxygen to murder invalids through holes in their rooms. Getting the better of him during a fistfight with Cap, the killer uses one of his own curare darts to commit suicide.
