As Cap is participating in publicity appearances for the upcoming movie about his life, he is constantly plagued by the Nihilist Front and "saved" by the mysterious Nomad. During a Captain America Day parade, Cap is attacked by the Nihilist Front and the giant Ameridroid who kills Nomad and captures Cap.
