A cryptic prisoner warns him that every hero in the city is vanishing, and before he can react, three X-Men assault him through a window, sending him crashing to the ground. Now on the run, Cage barely escapes a truckload of panels only to be knocked out by two feline-like creatures. Written and illustrated by Genndy Tartakovsky, with inks by Stephen DeStefano and letters by VC's Clayton Cowles, the cover by Tartakovsky captures the issue’s frenetic energy.

Cuando Misty no se presenta para una cita, Cage va a buscarla. Ella demuestra no estar en la comisaría ni en casa. Un prisionero que está encerrado le dice que todos los héroes de la ciudad están desapareciendo.
