From 1993, Cable #4 brings the tension with a cover by penciler Bart Sears and inker Al Milgrom that packs in a full squad of hard-charging figures. Cable strides front and center, heavily armed and battle-ready, flanked by a massive wild-maned bruiser looming behind him, a white-haired woman to his left, and a gun-toting figure in a dark costume to his right — all surging forward against a striking yellow background. The story title "A Leader Among Men" pairs perfectly with that assembled, purposeful energy, making this an appealing snapshot of early-'90s Marvel action at full throttle.
