A new story arc begins here as Cable blasts onto the scene — Daniel Warren Johnson's cover depicts the time-traveling mutant soldier rocketing forward on a jet of fire, surrounded by a storm of spent shell casings, guns blazing and tendrils of cable coiling around him, while a shadowy figure looms in the corner. "Past Fears Chapter 1" kicks off this 2018 arc by writers Zac Thompson and Lonnie Nadler with interior art by Germán Peralta and colors by Jesus Aburtov, promising plenty of the hard-hitting action Cable fans expect.
