"The Ghost of Daniel Boone" follows Buffalo Bill as he is assigned by a secret agency to find operatives working in Culver City. After arriving in town, Bill learns that his contact is operating from the Half-Moon Bar at Stone Falls and encounters a mysterious masked figure known as Grey Wolf. The story involves supernatural elements, as characters reference the evil magic of the Black Moon and a protective war bonnet that deflects bullets, ultimately leading to a confrontation where Grey Wolf battles the villainous Black Moon and his lobo (wolf) familiar in the forest.
