While Dan-El and Natongo are out hunting they are startled by the strange sight of riders in the sky. They briefly see two women captives with the riders before they fade away. Fearful that the women captives are their wives they try to follow the strange sight and come upon Goza Nyanga. Goza, a wizard, tells them how to find the real riders. When they help the female captives escape they find that they are not their wives. The women escape, but Dan-El and Natongo are caught by the riders. Before they can be killed their wives arrive with help to rescue them.
