Boy Comics #41 is an anthology featuring two complete stories. In "Crimebuster," a drunk man causes trouble on a city bus, and when confronted by the hero, he becomes belligerent and starts a brawl that Crimebuster must break up and suppress. The second story follows Billy, a young man who gives up gambling after meeting a woman he wishes to marry; she encourages his reform, and he secures employment as a telephone company lineman, planning to start a new life with her. A "Sport Snorters" humor section depicts mishaps during a fencing class and swimming competition, including a coach falling into the water during a boat race and a contestant landing in a water hazard.
