Blue Bolt #108
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThis issue contains two stories. In "The Phantom Sub," a submarine working with Naval Intelligence is ordered to search the South American coast for a raider causing havoc, and the crew ventures ashore where they encounter hostile natives and face danger. In the Blue Bolt story, Blue Bolt and pilots find themselves in weak condition and are overpowered and thrown into a boat, then encounter a giant creature called the Crawling Death on a rock, which they must escape from as the creature pursues them with deadly intent.
Spacehawk and Dork detect a fleet of enemy bombers heading toward American troops stationed in Iceland, and they spring into action with their experimental bullet ships—piloting one while controlling the other by radio—to stop the attack before it reaches its target.
