The penultimate stretch of Marvel's five-issue Blood Hunt event arrives with a cover that commands attention: a Spider-Man figure crouches low and predatory, his black-and-red suit glowing with an unsettling crimson light, fanged mask and glowing eyes suggesting something has gone very wrong with the wall-crawler.
