Blood Hunt #2

The second chapter of Marvel's five-part Blood Hunt event arrives with a cover by Pepe Larraz and Marte Gracia that crackles with urgency — a tight squad of heroes including Captain Marvel, Iron Man, Falcon, and Vision surge forward against a surging tide of shadowy vampire attackers in a brilliantly lit cityscape. Larraz's dynamic compositions make the heroes feel genuinely outnumbered, with glowing repulsor fire and fists flying against what looks like an overwhelming horde pressing in from below. Writer Jed MacKay's five-issue series is clearly building momentum, and this 2024 Marvel event is shaping up to be one of the year's most visually striking ensemble stories.
