Chris Samnee and Matthew Wilson's cover for issue #8 is a striking piece of design: Natasha Romanoff, in her black tactical suit, perches coolly on a crescent moon while the face of a scarred, eye-patched villain looms within it — a red star glowing ominously above. The Earth hangs small and vulnerable in the lower corner, suggesting the scope of whatever she's up against is anything but small.
