With the death of Goliath at the hands of the Thor clone, the Civil War takes an ugly turn and the government begins to spin the media to present the Black Panther in a bad light. T'Challa is upbraided by his Wakandan advisors for neglecting his own country. The Widow tries to bring in the Panther but fails. Black Panther hooks up with Captain America and they discuss strategy.
