Billy the Kid #25

In "The Trap," Billy the Kid flees across the American frontier after his friend Sarah is killed by hired killers sent by a man named Clay Newton, whose brother Mort was murdered by the Kid in Lincoln County. Pursued through swamps and everglade terrain, Billy is eventually cornered in a cabin by gunhand assassins hired to collect a bounty on him. In a final gunfight, Billy manages to outdraw the gunhand dealer and escape, though he remains hunted across the lawless West.
