Bill West #10

Bill West pursues a maddened steer that has escaped and rampages through a railroad yard and water tower, ultimately boarding a cattle train bound for jail where a wanted criminal named Russ Kenyon is being held. In a separate story, "Right Handy to Have Around" by Donald Bayne Hobart, young Buck Farrell is fired from the Circle C ranch during winter and later encounters two suspicious riders; he discovers they are after a $500 reward for a wanted sheep rustler named Pablo, leading Bill West to intercept them and capture the criminal.
