While trying on a gorilla costume in a costume shop, Archie spots a traffic control officer about to ticket his car. He runs out of the shop, still in costume, pursued by Betty, who is dressed as a jungle girl. The ensuing chaos caused when people spot him causes a traffic snarl and helps foil the getaway of two bank robbers.
